1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a custom song from SongGift, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SongGift provides custom Christian song creation services. Every order includes TWO unique song versions (Version A and Version B). After payment, you will submit your story and preferences through our intake form. We will create two custom songs based on your submission and deliver them via email as MP3 files with lyrics.

You will choose between two fulfillment paths:

• Approve Lyrics First: Review and approve written lyrics before we create the songs (adds 1-2 days to timeline)
• Surprise Me: We create both song versions without showing you the lyrics first (faster delivery)

Delivery timelines:

• Standard Delivery: Both songs delivered within 7 days of intake submission
• Rush Delivery: Both songs delivered within 24-48 hours of intake submission

3. Content Guidelines

All submissions must be faith-aligned and appropriate. We reserve the right to refuse service for:

• Explicit or inappropriate content
• Unbiblical or heretical requests
• Requests to impersonate copyrighted artists
• Content that violates intellectual property rights

4. Factual Corrections

We will correct factual errors (incorrect names, Scripture references, misrepresented story details) at no charge. This does not count against your 30-Day Love It Guarantee.

5. Intellectual Property

The custom songs created for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Listen to and enjoy your songs privately
• Share them with family and friends
• Post them on personal social media accounts

You may NOT use the songs for commercial purposes without obtaining a separate commercial license. Contact support@songgift.app to discuss licensing options.

6. 30-Day Love It Guarantee

Within 30 days of delivery, if you're not completely satisfied with your songs, you can choose:

• ONE free regeneration: We'll create two brand new versions based on your feedback
• Full refund: Receive a complete refund of your purchase price

7. Limitation of Liability

SongGift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
