Our Commitment

At SongGift, we're committed to honoring your story and creating songs that glorify God. Every order includes TWO unique song versions to give you options and increase your satisfaction.

We back this commitment with our 30-Day Love It Guarantee.

🛡️ 30-Day Love It Guarantee

Within 30 days of delivery, if you're not completely satisfied with your songs, you can choose:

Option 1: ONE Free Regeneration

We'll create TWO brand new versions based on your feedback. This gives you four total versions to choose from.

Option 2: Full Refund

Receive a complete refund of your purchase price. No questions asked.

Any reason. No questions asked. We're confident you'll love your songs, but if not, we'll make it right.

Eligible Reasons

You can use your 30-Day Love It Guarantee for ANY reason, including:

  • Not satisfied with the musical style or melody
  • Lyrics don't capture your story the way you hoped
  • Tone or mood doesn't match your vision
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Any other reason—we trust your judgment

NOT Eligible

The guarantee does NOT apply if:

  • After 30 Days: Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Abuse or Fraud: Repeated refund requests across multiple orders or clear fraudulent intent

Two-Version Advantage

By providing TWO unique song versions with every order, we significantly reduce the need for refunds or regenerations:

  • Different musical interpretations give you options
  • Variety in instrumentation, tempo, and vocal styles
  • Higher chance that at least one version resonates with you
  • You can choose your favorite or keep both

Factual Corrections (Always Free)

We will correct factual errors at no charge, and this does NOT count against your guarantee:

  • Incorrect names (yours or recipient's)
  • Wrong Scripture references
  • Misrepresentation of key story details you provided

This is NOT a refund scenario—we will simply correct the error and re-deliver the song.

How to Use Your Guarantee

To request a regeneration or refund within 30 days of delivery:

  1. Email support@songgift.app within 30 days of receiving your songs
  2. Include your order number and which option you prefer:
    • Regeneration: Tell us what you'd like different (style, tone, lyrics, etc.)
    • Refund: Simply request a full refund
  3. We'll process your request within 24-48 hours
  4. Regenerations delivered within 7 days; refunds processed via Stripe in 5-10 business days

Abandoned Intake Forms

If you pay but do not submit your intake form within 7 days, we will:

  • Send reminder emails at 2 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours
  • Attempt manual outreach after 48 hours
  • Offer a proactive refund after 7 days if no response

Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery and service fulfillment. Please contact us first so we can resolve any issues directly.
